We’d like to send our congratulations to Swindon artist David Bent who is to have his work unveiled at the National Memorial Arboretum at the end of March. We have acquired some of David’s pieces for the Swindon Museum & Art Gallery and the Wiltshire & Swindon History Centre – they are truly stunning!
Walk into the search room at the Wiltshire & Swindon History Centre and you will notice a couple of objects not normally associated with archives – a bodice made out of maps and a bathtub.
